Building a music department from scratch

My school had no music department, so I built one.

I wrote a beginner guitar curriculum, taught 20+ students who had never held an instrument, and handed them the stage for two shows they ran themselves. Along the way I played four shows to 300+ people and organised three department events with staff and volunteers.
